Please join us for an afternoon of talks for the annual symposium of the Barts Centre for Squamous Cancer.
Talks: 1pm - 5pm, followed by a networking reception until 7pm.
The symposium will include the following two keynote lectures:
- International keynote: Professor Sabine Werner (ETH Zurich), 'Stromal-epithelial cross-talk in wound healing and cancer'.
- UK keynote: Professor Nitzan Rosenfeld (QMUL), 'Cancer Liquid Biopsies: Concepts, Methods and Applications'.
There will also be a series of talks showcasing squamous cancer research at QMUL and throughout the UK, and a patient talk from Barbara Fountain, Young Tongues.
All presentations will be in person at the Clark-Kennedy lecture theatre, QM Innovation Centre, Walden Street, Whitechapel, London. There is the option to attend either in person or online. The symposium will be followed by a networking reception, to which all are welcome. Please register for your free ticket.
Attendees are invited to present a poster. If you would like to present a poster, please e-mail a short abstract to a.biddle@qmul.ac.uk by 16th April.
