RCSEng’s UK Surgical workforce census 2023

The Royal College of Surgeons of England has recently launched the UK Surgical workforce census.

The census aims to draw a representative picture of the UK workforce with view to build a resilient future for surgery, offer better support and create a better more sustainable working environment. They want to hear from Consultants, SAS/Specialist surgeons, Locally employed surgeons, Core and higher trainees, and Extended surgical care team members
